We will schedule/remind everyone who is due an order the following week every Monday.
Payment Terms
Payment is to be made at the latest by 12 midday the day before your order is due to be delivered by bank transfer only to enable us to pack your order, please let us know via email once the payment has been made.
Or you can pay by card when placing the order
Deliveries
We deliver in our own freezer vans and charge £20 for delivery regardless of where you are in the England/Wales or amount you’ve ordered, obviously it must meet the minimum.
We deliver to Scotland once a month for the charge of £50, however we currently deliver most Scotland orders via DPD courier.
We deliver in the plastic stackable bale arm crates that we freeze our products in. The size for these is 600cm x 400cm x 200cm, you can buy these crates second hand from Reco handling. You must already have the type of crates we have; we don’t provide the crates.
We require the crates back as soon as your order has been checked, by our driver and yourself, ideally its best as a crate swap system.
We aim to deliver on time and on the agreed date, but from time to time due to situations which are out of our control, we may have to swap delivery days or be later than expected due to the amount of traffic on our roads, please bear with us.
If for any reason your premises are located within a complex where the gates are locked, or there are time restrictions on the time we can deliver, please let us know.
We will inform you if you are our first or an early delivery but can’t give times after that due to the distance we travel and the traffic, but our drivers should notify you via text/call 30 mins before delivery, please let us know if they are not doing this and please give your personal mobile and not a shop number which may not be open.
We expect your order to be put away promptly to keep it at the desired temperature. If you need help from our drivers, then please just ask they are employed by us to help in any way they can.
All orders to be checked with the help of our driver, unless we have an agreement that you check your own order. Any discrepancies must be reported to the driver and sent via email to The Dogs Butcher on the day of delivery. Any later than 24 hrs will not be accepted. If there is a shortfall, we will give a refund/credit, which ever you require but we will need bank details for a refund as we do not keep them on file.
